Once again, Raleigh racks up accolades on a best-of list! As we’ve mentioned on here in the past, Raleigh has been honored with best city to do business, most sustainable mid-size city, and least toxic city this year. Now our fair city has yet another trophy to add to the case!

In a new annual study compiled by Bloomberg Businessweek, Raleigh ranks Number One on America’s Best Cities list! Weighed with 16 different criteria such as crime rate, cultural attractions, median household income, unemployment rate and even number of bachelor’s degree holders, Raleigh beat out chic cities like Chicago, New York and Los Angeles by a landslide!
