I have worked in property management since 2004 and joined the Oberlin Court team in October 2006. I am an avid road-tripper and am always looking for weekend getaways (especially those that involve bargain shopping or local festivals)! I also enjoy scrapbooking and creating my own greeting cards. I look forward to having you as my neighbor!

Megan is new to the business of leasing, and has been with Oberlin Court since June 2009. She loves her job, and loves to interact with different people on a daily basis. She is attending Meredith College part time with a major in Psychology and a minor in Biology. Megan enjoys having fun with her two year old daughter when she is not working. David is a North Carolina native, and has lived in the Triangle off and on now for 10 years. His partner and he spent four years in New Orleans before being swept back to Raleigh by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. David has a vast Retail background ranging from the Pottery Barn to Restoration Hardware. He has been in the business now with Crosland for over two years. He spent a year and a half in Chapel Hill at The Apartments at Meadowmont and now a year at The Apartments at Oberlin Court in the Cameron Village area of Raleigh. He enjoys his role as a Leasing Professional; it gives him a great balance of serving the public and helping assist people with their search for their new home. David enjoys entertaining friends, family, and loves spending time at home watching a good movie.

Debbie has been with Crosland since 2008 and in the business for a year and half. She enjoys baking, and a good long run. She enjoys spending time with her family and her 2 sons. She enjoys the attention to detail we must give as Leasing Associates, and developing relationships with the Perspective and Current Residents. She is eager to help you find your new apartment home.

Richard has been in the property management business since 1982. Richard has been the service manager at Oberlin Court since May 2009, and with Crosland since July 2005. He brings a lot of expertise, and skill to his position. Richard enjoys working in his yard at home, and spending time with his wife and grandchildren.

Josh has been working at Oberlin Court since June 2009, and most recently became a resident of Oberlin Court. Josh feels getting the problems fixed to the resident satisfaction, and as quickly as possible is the most important part of his job. He enjoys his pets, and the most exciting news is he recently became engaged to his longtime girlfriend.
